Terms and Conditions

To secure the rental space and any requested equipment, full payment or an agreed deposit is required at the time of booking. All rates are calculated on an hourly or daily basis as outlined during the reservation process.

Your booking time begins exactly at the scheduled start time and ends exactly at the scheduled end time. Setup, teardown, and cleanup must be completed within your booked timeframe to avoid overtime charges.

We understand that creative schedules can change unexpectedly. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time are strictly non-refundable, as the time has been reserved exclusively for your production and cannot easily be rebooked.

The rental space must be returned in the exact condition it was provided. Any provided lighting gear, backdrops, stands, and general studio resources must be handled with professional care.

• No permanent alterations to the walls, floors, or cyclorama are permitted.
• Excessive dirt, spills, or scuffs requiring professional deep cleaning or repainting will incur an additional restoration fee.
• Smoking, open flames, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the property, fixtures, or equipment that occurs during their rental period, whether caused by the client, their crew, or their guests.

Northlight Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises. Clients and their production crew enter and utilize the rental space entirely at their own risk.

By proceeding with a booking, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Northlight Studio, its owners, and its employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the client's use of the facilities.
